such detailed and raw writing for ye man’s emotions and thought processes, his inferiority complex and sensitivity, his desire to please others at his own expense, his fear of rejection and the almost instantaneous assumption that he is never the first choice…I can tell that author is writing from personal experience bc it’s something that you only know if you’ve lived through it yourself
